2. How we use your data
We use your data to provide and secure the Service, manage subscriptions and billing, respond to support requests, and — only with your consent — to understand usage through analytics. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Cookies
Essential cookies are always active so the site can function. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you consent. Details are in our Cookie Policy, where you can also change your choice.
4. Processors
We use service providers only as needed to operate the Service (for example, hosting and, once connected, a payment processor for subscriptions). Processors act on our instructions under data-processing agreements. We will name active processors here as integrations go live; we do not list processors we are not yet using.
5. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
We keep account and subscription data for as long as your membership is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained only for as long as needed for the purpose collected. Support correspondence is kept as long as necessary to handle your matter.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (Cyprus). To exercise any right, email [email protected].
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here; material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
