Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for videozone.media memberships, operated by Ochra Studio Ltd, Ethnikis Antistaseos 50, Office 206, 3027 Limassol, Cyprus.

7-day free trial

Every membership begins with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing — there is nothing to refund.

7-day money-back on your first charge

If your trial converts and you are charged for your first paid period, you may request a full refund of that first charge within 7 days of it being taken. Email [email protected] from your account email and we'll process it.

After the money-back window

Beyond the 7-day window, payments for the current period are generally non-refundable, but cancelling stops all future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We review exceptional circumstances (for example, a billing error on our side) case by case.

EU consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory withdrawal or refund rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory EU or German law. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the terms above.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider once our payment integration is live.
