Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of videozone.media (the "Service"), operated by Ochra Studio Ltd (company number HE 443253) ("we", "us"), a company organised under the laws of Cyprus (GmbH), registered at Ethnikis Antistaseos 50, Office 206, 3027 Limassol, Cyprus. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

videozone is a subscription web service that presents a daily curated, hand-ranked selection of thirty studio films and process pieces in art and design, plus an archive. The ranking refreshes daily at 00:00 in your local timezone. The Service is delivered over the web; we do not currently offer native mobile or smart-TV applications or offline downloads.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Membership is for individual personal use; sharing credentials is not permitted and may lead to suspension.

3. Free trial

New members may receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership converts to a paid subscription automatically at the plan price you selected.

4. Subscriptions, renewal & auto-renewal

Paid memberships are offered on a monthly ($12/month) or annual ($120/year, equivalent to $10/month) basis. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current plan price until cancelled. We disclose the renewal amount and billing cycle before you subscribe. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling before the trial ends avoids any charge. After a paid period begins, cancellation prevents the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy, including a 7-day money-back path on your first paid charge.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent access controls of the Service or its content. Films remain the property of their respective creators and licensors.

8. Content & intellectual property

All films are featured under arrangement with their creators or rights holders. Our content standards are described in the Content Policy. To report infringement, see our DMCA Policy.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory German or EU law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or on-site notice before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence. Place of jurisdiction, where permitted, is Limassol.
